COVID-19 Response and Preparedness

To our Loyal and Valued Customers,

Advance Scale is taking steps to protect the health and safety of our employees, as well as the health and safety of customers and vendors. As global citizens, we are responsible to do our part in containing the community spread of COVID-19.

We are open and operating and here to keep your scales in compliance. In order to ensure your safety, our team is stepping up our sanitation procedures and making sure to take extra care of disinfecting and cleaning high contact areas within our shops, trucks, and with our service technicians. We are adhering to all CDC and WHO recommendations on how to minimize the threats of exposure and transmission. Also, we are increasing the frequency of our regular heavy cleaning at the shop.

If you are in need of a scale service, please know that we will require the following:

  • No more than 2 people, at least 6 feet away from the scale, while our tech is working.
  • Maintain social distancing with any escorts that you require.
  • Disclosure of any known exposure risks at your business, prior to our arrival.
  • We have technology options to help you, our customers, through apps like Zoom, Whatsapp video, Skype and Facetime for our Account Management team.

We will also be calling customers 24 hours in advance to ensure that they are able to receive our services as scheduled, and ask that any customer limiting access to worksites to give as much notice as possible, in order to reschedule. We will also ask that customers supply our team with any additional protocols established by your company at that time.

We hope that our efforts, and yours, help slow the spread of this virus. We appreciate your understanding that your experience with Advance Scale may be impacted as we strive to do what is in the best interests of our customers and our staff.
