When a customer needed a reliable way to manage multiple batching and filling processes across 39 separate locations within a single facility, B-TEK had the perfect solution. The SKYNET DD1010 Indicator provided operators with an intuitive color touchscreen interface, custom applications, and seamless process control.
Operators can switch between batching processes effortlessly—either by scanning an employee ID with a handheld scanner or manually entering a Batch ID and password. Once authenticated, the SKYNET DD1010 guides the operator through the process, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
To add even more flexibility, B-TEK equipped the system with 24 swappable industrial batteries and multiple docking stations, allowing operators to power mobile scales and move the indicator anywhere within the facility without interruption. From the admin screen, users can manage records, export data, and track progress in real time, with built-in network connectivity enabling batch tracking via a secure webpage for added visibility.
