We are seeking experienced, Field Service Scale Technicians, Construction Workers, and System Programmers to fill a position as a full-time, employee in the greater Mid-Atlantic region. Candidates must be willing to travel, as most of the work performed is on-site at our customers’ location. The work environment changes daily from clean pharmaceutical and food environments to rock and sand quarries. Military experience is highly preferred.

VIEW ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT COORDINATOR POSITION / REQUIREMENTS
Position Objective:
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Project Coordinator is to handle administrative tasks for the Installation Manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, obtaining permits, and scheduling meetings and appointments. The position is offered with the intent to learn and demonstrate the skills required to advance to alternate career path in Sales, Management, Marketing, or other Administrative positions within the Company.
Reports to: President & Installation Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep updated project folders with all pertinent information
- Update Project spreadsheet with job information
- Keep updated job files
- Add Installation Dept. schedule to Sage for daily report (Forecast)
- Support Installation Manager in effective scheduling and purchasing decisions
- Maintain communication with Installation Manager to ensure Install Team is prepared
- Acquire pricing from vendors, and maintain list of reliable vendors in service areas
- Complete inter-division paperwork (warranty, billing information, pricing, etc.)
- Project coordination with project setup (equipment rentals, concrete vendors, etc.)
- Work closely with Pit Crew & Installation Manager until projects completed
Environment:
Duties are performed at the corporate facility in Lindenwold, NJ. Duties performed may require compliance with OSHA policies, and the use of required safety apparel and equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two (2) years of work experience as an Administrator
- One (1) year of work experience as a Personal Assistant (preferred)
- Working knowledge of a computer word processing program and spreadsheet program
- Ability to schedule meetings and follow up calls without assistance
- Ability to qualify customer needs (environment, capacity, limits, etc.)
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, phone, customer service, and team communication skills
- Demonstrates reliability and aptitude to function in a fast paced, detailed environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Offered compensation:
$22/hr - $25/hr

VIEW ACCOUNTING CLERK POSITION / REQUIREMENTS
Position Objective: The primary responsibility of the Accounting Clerk is to maintain various accounts payables and receivables functions, including daily financial entries and reconciliations, and to assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in various accounting duties as assigned.
Reports to: Finance & Accounting Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.)
Accounts Payable Tasks-
- Setup new vendors, including providing ADVANCE credit references
- Flag AP vendor invoices for Use Tax, if applicable
- Process vendor payment checks weekly
- Research vendor statements, calls and discrepancies
- Synchronize new vendors within Sage300
- Process Choice Care card reimbursements
- Bank reconciliations
- Setup and maintain EZ pass and WEX for all company vehicles
- Imports approved vendor transactions into payables
· Obtains all non–project and administrative invoices and distributes to the appropriate person for review and approval including:
o VP of Sales & Operations
o Fleet Manager
o F&A Manager
- Post invoices into A/P for non-project and administrative purchase orders
- Processes credit card monthly statements with receipts
- Cut checks weekly- distribute for signatures, receive and send to customers
- Supports the processing of RMAs and credits
Accounts Receivable Tasks-
- Apply customer payments & prepare daily deposits
- Process credit card payments, processing fee and credits
- Make adjustments to accounts as needed for items including write-offs, sales tax and credits
- Apply daily Cash receipts
- Process check payments using the remote deposit machine
- Apply ACH payment requests from customers and print notifications
Other Accounting Functions-
- Provide COI to customers upon request and approval
- Manage tenant rental spaces through Scaleworks
- Open mail and distribute, including signing for deliveries at front office
- Maintain integrity of AP, ensure that every open payable has an approved invoice for payment
- File paid & unpaid invoices and statements
- Produce all recurring entries
- Assist F&A Manager in monthly closing activities
- Prepares analysis of accounts
- Record daily transactions for online banking report
Qualification/requirement:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years related experience and/or training
- High attention to detail, solution-driven, and action-oriented
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments
VIEW SERVICE TECHNICIAN POSITION / REQUIREMENTS
POSITION REQUIREMENTS—
- Directly assist customers on site with all scale related problems and installations, in a timely manner
- Install and service of various weighing products of all capacities
- Keep up-to-date with new weighing industry trends and how they apply to varying configurations
- Must maintain professional customer relations skills
- Prepare and complete timely and accurate administrative documentation (i.e. Service Work Orders, Calibration Reports, ISO 9001 Reports)
- Provide good mathematical skills, scale drawings and configurations
- Ability to troubleshoot electronics at the component level
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office on Windows based computers
- Demonstrate familiarity and proficiency in the use of appropriate testing equipment
- Must be prepared to travel as required in the performance of job assignments
- Ability to physically lift and carry a minimum of 100 lbs.—50 lbs. in each hand
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving history; candidate will be required to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)

VIEW CONSTRUCTION WORKER POSITION / REQUIREMENTS
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
- Dig ditches or trenches, back fill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications, using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, and rakes.

VIEW SERVICE SUPPORT ADMIN POSITION / REQUIREMENTS
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- New customer paperwork
- Quality control and document review
- Make outgoing calls to existing customers to schedule service
- Update customers on ETA’s of techs and follow up for confirmation of work completed

- Create and develop custom Scale systems for customers with the Advance System Integration Team.
- Create scopes and quotes for system jobs requested by sales staff.
- Install Systems at Customer’s Location. (Clean Driving Record Needed for company issued vehicle)
- Program Scale Indicators with custom programs designed by the System Integration Team (Scale Training provided on the job and manufacturing training)
- Research and develop new Scale systems to be introduced to customers and potential customers.
- Perform On-Site calls with Sales Staff and Conference Calls to discuss systems with customer.

- Open to travel for Factory Training on Scales from Manufacturers.
