Robotic Pallet Jack
Your flexible robotics solution to improve the work conditions of your operators and optimize your intralogistics flows to gain productivity.
Flexible robotics solutions
iFollow designs robotic collaborative solutions based on fleets of AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robot) driven by artificial intelligence, and this for the industry and logistics sector. The robots accommodate and adapt entirely to your existing environment and frames (rolls, pallets, specific frames, …) which means there is no need to modify your premises during deployment. The AMRs simply adapt to the constraints of your current installations.
AMRs in operation
The Autonomous Mobile Robots navigate without any infrastructure while accustoming to their environment. The iFollow AMRs can move loads up to 1 ton – there are several models of the robot available depending on the needs of your warehouse: iL 300 kg, iL 600 kg and iL 1000 kg. In addition to their compacity and extreme fineness, the robots can operate from -25°C to +40°C in constrained environments. It doesn’t matter if your slab is not perfect, our robots are designed to overcome such issues.
Our robots connect to your current environment
We will discuss together to achieve the complete interconnection of our AMRs with your automated handling solutions. Flow optimization and simulation analysis are necessary to determine the right number of robots making up the fleet and to obtain reasonable returns on investment.
Whatever your processes consist of, we reduce the interface buffer zones to a minimum in order to avoid load breaks. We strive to make our robots cover your requirements as a whole.
Competitive advantages
Sturdy, reliable and maintainable, our machines meet your requirements 16 hours a day as a result of our know-how. The iLogistics robots are the thinnest on the market that can carry 1 ton, namely 6.7 inches (17 cm). They have a lifting platform allowing a total autonomy of the shuttles and a perfect adaptation to the existing logistics carts.
