Advance Scale can help you successfully create social distancing by installing a ticketing kiosk for your truck scale. With this method, you can avoid contact between the weighmaster and driver, as there is no passing of paperwork or social interaction.

All of our kiosks can be integrated into existing truck scales and software and print legal scale tickets that meet government requirements for the Department of Weights and Measures.  Advance Scale also provides optional intercom systems for the customer and weighmaster communication.

If you are in need of a scale service or Install, please know that we will require the following:

• No more than 2 people, at least 6 feet away from the scale, while our tech is working.
• Maintain social distancing with any escorts that you require.
• Disclosure of any known exposure risks at your business, prior to our arrival.
• We have technology options to help you, our customers, through apps like Zoom, Whatsapp video, Skype and Facetime for our Account Management team.
